Vision and Approach

We believe that the world depends on early childhood experiences, care and education. This is evident in the development of the brain and the impact of early learning on life-long well-being and achievement. It is our mission to support the development, education, and health of children through support to them, their families, schools, and communities.

We believe that early childhood education and development is all about relationships. Whether it be a child’s relationship to their family, themselves, or the world around them, their life and growth is dependent on relationships. Drawing from our experience and education, we believe it our work as educators and consultants to understand and support a child and their relationships. Consulting with families, teachers, administrators, school architects, our focus is always the same.

We also believe that no one relationship is the same as another, and no child is the same as another. Because of this, the work we do is always changing and is tailored to meet the unique needs of any person(s) or institution(s) we consult.
